Open to individual U.S. residents aged 18 and older only; void where prohibited.
One entry per person; unless entrant fulfills optional entry, in which more than one entries total per person are permitted.
Any entrant artificially inflating their number of entries (ie, manually registering entrants with a bogus name and email under their referral link to get more referral points) will be automatically disqualified.
Giveaway ends Monday, October 31, 2016, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Winner will be selected randomly and notified via the e-mail provided during registration on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
Prize unclaimed after 24 hours from notification is forfeited and Mindset Boss reserves the right to select another winner.

A full price expert consultation (aka Jam Session) is $500.00 as of October 12, 2016. Winner is responsible for reporting the value of his/her prize where required.
